2. General Information on Data Processing
We generally process our users’ personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a fully functional website and to deliver our content and services. As a rule, personal data is processed only with the user’s consent. An exception applies in cases where obtaining prior consent is not possible for practical reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by law.
3. Legal Basis for Data Processing

4. Data Deletion and Retention Period
The data subject’s personal data will be erased or blocked as soon as the purpose for which it was stored no longer applies. Data may also be stored if this is provided for by European or national legislation in EU regulations, laws, or other provisions to which the controller is subject. The data will also be blocked or deleted when a retention period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a need to continue storing the data for the conclusion or performance of a contract.
5. Provision of the Website and Creation of Log Files
Every time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing device. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of data collected for the purpose of providing the website, this occurs when the respective session ends.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies," which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is typically transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the United States.
